Over the past five years, we have used our specialist sector knowledge to create a portfolio of high-quality, sustainable assets that fulfil critical roles in our clients’ logistics and distribution supply chains. These properties have strong income characteristics, including long leases and predominantly index-linked tenancy agreements.

Our sites are some of the most sought after in Europe. They are in strategically important logistics locations, which benefit from strong transport, infrastructure and suitable power and labour supplies.
